摘要
1985年10月～1987年10月我院外检11402例和尸解86例资料中共有肺癌342例,其中3例肺巨细胞癌,占0.88%。转移至小肠者2例,本文对两例肺巨细肺癌小肠转移做了病理分析。
Two cases with metastatic giant cell carcinoma of the lung to the small intestine was repor- ted。From October,1984 to October,1987 there were 3 cases of giant cell carcinoma and one case of clear cell carcinoma among 342 cases of lung cancer found from 11402 biopsies and 86 autopsies.Giant cell car- cinoma is a subclass of large cell carcinoma of the lung.It's incidence was less than 1% of the lung cancer.
