摘要
本试验用不同浓度的激素对魔芋(Amorphophallus rivieri)块茎芽点进行处理,促进其萌发。结果是用NAA0.5～1.0mg/L和BA0.1～0.3mg/L处理后可以在7—10天萌发,长出小芽,再移入硅石及珍珠岩中可长成苗。目前用这方法进行促进芽的萌动,还未见有报导。
The aim of this experiment is to speed up Amarpliophllus rivieri reproduction by treating its stem tuber with different concentrations of hormone. Results showed that the stem tuber budden after 7-10 days by using NAA 0. 5 - 1. 0mg/L and 6 -BA 0.1-0.3mg/L.
