摘要
表面张力法测定了七种新型的氨基酸表面活性剂的各种物理化学参数，结果表明，此类表面活性剂均具有优良的表面活性．可望对此类产品的实际应用提供理论依据．
The various physical chemistry parametets of seven kind of surfactants, they are new of aminoacid type,were detrmied by sulface tension method,The experiment results show that the surfsctants all have excellent surf activities.
