不同温拌剂对沥青及混合料性能的影响研究 被引量:17

Effect of Different Warm Mix Agent on Performance of Asphalt and its Mixture

摘要 选取自行研发的两种表面活性温拌剂w-1和w-2、有机降黏温拌剂Sasobit,分别按照最佳掺量加入到基质沥青中制备不同类型温拌沥青和温拌沥青混合料,通过一系列室内试验分析不同类型温拌剂对沥青及混合料性能的影响以及降温效果。研究结果表明:w-1和w-2温拌沥青的针入度、软化点和延度变化非常微小,w-1和w-2对沥青性能影响不大;Sasobit温拌沥青针入度大幅降低,软化点大幅度升高,延度减小,Sasobit能够改善沥青的高温性能,但同时也会对低温抗裂性产生不利影响;3种温拌剂对沥青的老化性能、沥青与集料的黏附性影响甚微;3种温拌沥青混合料的压实温度均有大幅度降低,在目标空隙率为4%时,降温幅度为12~18℃;3种温拌剂对沥青混合料的路用性能均有一定负面影响,但仍满足技术要求。 Two kinds of surface active warming agents w-1and w-2that are self-developed and Satobit are selected and added to the matrix asphalt according to the optimum dosage to prepare different types of warm mixed asphalt and warm mixed asphalt mixture.The effects of different types of warming agents on the performance of asphalt and mixture and the cooling effect are analyzed through a series of laboratory tests.The results show that penetration,softening point and ductility of w-1and w-2warm mix asphalt are less changed,and surface active warming agents w-1 and w-2 have minor effect on asphalt performance;the penetration of Sasobit warm mix asphalt is greatly reduced,the softening point is greatly increased,and the ductility is reduced.The organic viscosity reducing agent Sasobit can improve the high temperature performance of asphalt,but it also has an adverse effect on the low temperature crack resistance of asphalt.The warming agent has minor effect on the aging performance of asphalt and the adhesion of asphalt and aggregate,and the compaction temperature of the three mixed asphalt mixtures is greatly reduced.When the target porosity is 4%,the cooling rate is about 12~18°C.Three kinds of warming agents have a certain negative impact on the road performance of asphalt mixture but still meet the technical requirements.
