摘要
研究了铁的紫外导致测定法,以改鼠钠为路合剂,以HAc-NaAc为缓冲体系(pH=3.72),体系在295nm有最大吸收,ε=5×104L·mol-1·cm-1,且峰形尖锐,通过做导致灵敏度可提高四倍,建立的方法简便、快捷,结果令人满意.
In this article,ultraviolet spectrophotometric method of iron determination was de scribed. Iron forms a complex with Diphacinone at pH 3. 72,HAc-NaAc as the buffersolution, λmax. = 295nm, ε = 5 × 104L mol-1cm-1. Sensitivity can increased by 400% withderivative ultraviolet spectrophotometric method, proposed method is simple, rapid, results obtained are satisfactory.
