摘要
采用反相高效液相色谱法分离和测定了硝基苯酚的三种异构体，其邻、间、对三种硝基苯酚的检出限分别为4．6、6．9和9．3μg／L，相对标准偏差为6．4％、7．1％和4．9％．
Reversed phasc high pertormance liquid chromatography was used to separate and determine three isomer of nitrophienol (o-Nitrophenol; 2. m-Nitrophenol; 3. p-Nitrophenol).This method is simple and convenient, and it also a high sensitivity.
