摘要 研究了邻、对硝基酚在碳酸钾溶液中的五氟苯甲酰化.在四丁基溴化铵存在下,硝基酚可与五氯苯甲酰氯进行衍生,并在此基础上发展了一种新的酚类毛细管GC/ECD测定方法.与五氟苄基化和七氟丁酰化衍生方法相比,本法在灵敏度、选择性和时间花费上都具有很大的优越性,特别适于水中微量酚的测定. Pentafluorobenzo ylation of 2- and 4-nitrophenols in potassium carbonate Solution has been studied. In the presence of tetrabutyl ammonium bromide, nitro-phenols can be derivatized with pentafluorobenzoyl chloride as a derivatizing reagent. On this basis, a new method for gas chromatographic determination of phenolic compounds by capillary GC/ECD has been developed. In comparison with other derivatizing procedure, such as pentafluorobenzoylation or heptafluoro-butylation, the proposed method is of great advantage in sensitivity, selectivity and time consuming, consequently it is particularly useful in the trace analysis of phenols.
