摘要
中小学语文教学目前面临许多困难和问题，主要是教师越来越难教，学生越来越难学，考试越来越难考，成绩越来越滑波。造成这种状况的重要原因之一是没有把握语文学科和语文教学的特点。根据语文学科不确定性、长周期性和综合性等特点，要想走出困境，就必须建立“以写为主线”的语文教学整体改革框架，建立从小学到高中各阶段训练体系，并在大纲、教材、教学安排。
Language teaching in primary and middle schools is confronted with many difficulties which are: it is growing harder and harder for the teacher to teach, for the student to learn , to pass the examination and to achieve good result. One of the causes lies in the failure on the part of the teacher to understand the characteristics of the subject and its teaching. Uncertainty,long cyclicity and comprehensivization - these characteristics of the subject determines that if we want to get out of the predicament, we must establish the framework of reform in language teaching as a whole which takes ' writing as the key ', and a practice system at the various stages from primary school to senior middle school, and carry out appropriate reform in syllabus, textbooks, teaching arrangement, and examinations.
