摘要
通过调查访问法和文献资料法的研究以及结合自己亲身参加教育实习的实践。对教育实习中实习生的政治思想表现，教学工作能力方面作了一些剖析，并分析其原因，同时提出自己的几点肤浅的建议和看法。希望能为系里今后深化教学改革抛砖引玉。
By means of investigation and study of relating literatures in combinationwith personal teaching practice, the authors analyze the student - teachers performancein political thoughts as well as their teaching abilities. After finding out some weakpointsin the instruction work and the causes related to them, the authors put forward someideas and suggestions for the improvement of the future instruction work in theP.
