摘要
我系办学也已半个世纪，如何适应现代体育教学需要而进行改革，是广大体育工作者所关心的课题。本文通过教育实习的统计数据和反馈材料，剖析我系教学中存在问题。结果表明转变观念加强管理是教改的主题，并提出建议，为领导和老师们在教学改革中提供参考。
Though it has been half a century since the initiation of education in our department, it remains a subject for the universal interest of great numbers of profession-als in the field of physical education as to how to make reforms in response to the re-quirement of modern P. E. teaching. This essay analyses the existing problems in theteaching of our department on the basis of the statistics and feedback from teachingpractice.The results indicate that the cornerstone for teaching re form is the change inideas and the strengthening of management. Also it offers proposals for the reference ofofficials and teachers involved in teaching reform.
