摘要
本文采用氢化物原子荧光法测定海水砷的含量,并进行各种条件试验与研究工作,建立新的海水砷的分析方法。方法的检出限为0.0001mg/L,精度≤5%,加标回收率90%~107%,该方法操作简单,分析速度快,其方法精密度和准确度均能满足测定要求。
The content of as in seawater is determined by HG-AFS.After finishing various experiments on the operation conditions a new method for determining As in seawater was established.Under optimum conditions the detection limit of this new method is 0.0001mg/L with relative standard deviations≤5% and the recovery rate of the known samples 90%~107%.
