摘要 要想提高800m跑的专项运动成绩,就必须正确认识和深刻理解中跑运动项目特征和供能特点。在训练中坚持以ATP—CP和糖酵解供能系统为核心,不断加大运动负荷量,重视运动后的恢复,结合创新的运动技术,经济有效地利用人体内产生的能量的科学训练体系,使中跑的训练更加系统、科学、合理。 It is necessary to realize and understand the features of mid -long-distance race to provide energy in order to improve the results of the special sport-800 metres. During the training,the mid -long distance training will be more systematic,more scientific and more reasonable by persisting in taking ATP -CP and the system of providing energy about carbo-hydrase leaven as a core,increasing the athletes' loads little by little, paying attention to the athletes'recovery after training, together with the blazing new sports skills, economically and effectively using the scientific training system of producing energy in the persons' bodies .
