摘要
从考察人民法院刑事案件超审限存在的问题和原因入手,探讨建立科学、公正、高效的审判流程管理制度,以及健全立法,强化监督等解决案件超审限的基本思路。
This paper starts from investigations into the problems of exceeding the time limit in the trial of criminal cases in the people' s court, proposes to establish a scientific, impartial and highly effective judicial procedure management system, and to perfect legislation and strengthen supervision so as to solve the time limit exceeding problem of criminal cases
