摘要
目的研究苦苣苔科植物毛线柱苣苔根茎的化学成分。 方法通过提取和层析进行成分分离 ,运用化学和现代光谱手段进行结构鉴定。 结果从中分离鉴定了 6个化合物 ,分别为 1,3 -二羟基 - 2 -乙氧羰基 - 9,10 -蒽醌 (Ⅰ ) ,二十四烷酸 (Ⅱ ) ,甲基异茜草素 (Ⅲ ) ,甲基异茜草素 - 1-甲醚 (Ⅳ ) ,毛线柱苣苔蒽醌 (Ⅴ )和 6 -羟基-甲基异茜草素 (Ⅵ )。 结论化合物Ⅰ ,Ⅱ和Ⅵ均首次从该植物中分离得到 ,利用二维核磁共振谱对Ⅴ的结构予以确证 。
Objective To investigate the chemical constituents of anthraquinone of Rhynchotechum vestitum . Methods Six compounds were isolated by a series of extractions and chromatographic separations, and their structures were identified on the basis of spectral data and chemical evidence. Results Six compounds were identified as: ( Ⅰ ) 1,3-dihydroxy-2-carboethoxy-9, 10-anthraquinone, ( Ⅱ ) tetracosanoic acid, ( Ⅲ )rubiadin, ( Ⅳ )rubiadin-1-methylether, ( Ⅴ )rhynchotechol, and ( Ⅵ )6-hydroxy-rubiadin. Conclusion Compounds Ⅰ , Ⅱ and Ⅵ were isolated for the first time in Rhynchotechum vestitum . The structure of Ⅴ was further elucidated on the basis of HMQC and HMBC and its 13 CNMR signals were reassigned.
