摘要
从沙漠绢蒿全草中分离得到一个双黄酮苷类化合物芹菜素-7—O-β-D-葡萄糖苷-(3′-O-7″)-槲皮素-3″-甲氧基。通过2DNMR(HMQC、HMBC)和与木犀草素-7-O-吡喃葡萄糖苷、槲皮素-3-甲氧基的核磁数据的对比对该化合物进行了NMR全归属,并重新调整了13C信号归属。
A biflavonoid glucoside was isolated from the whole plant of Seriphidium santolium Poljak, and its structure has been determined to be apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside-( 3′-O-7")-quercetin-3"-methoxyl with MS and NMR measurements. Complete chemical shifts assignment for this compound was achieved on the basis of 2D NMR analysis and its 13C NMR signals were reassigned.
