摘要
班主任是学校政工队伍的重要组成部分,班主任队伍整体素质的好坏,直接影响到学校的教育质量。从班主任在学校教育中的地位、班主任工作的内容和任务以及当代学生的现状等方面分析可以看出,当前迫切需要学校对班主任工作给予高度重视,并采取切实措施,加强班主任队伍建设。
:This paper points out that teachers in charge of class are the very important part of college political work section,and their qualities have direct influence on college's education.Analyzing from the following different sides of roles and position of class teachers in education,contents and tasks of their work,and the status quo of students in the contemporary era ,the author appeals to further emphasis from organizations at all levels,and feasible measures to be carried out to emphasize and enhance the construction of the team of teachers in charge of class.
