摘要 鱼精蛋白是一种多聚阳离子天然肽类,它是一种碱性蛋白质.通过鲤鱼鱼精蛋白对枯草芽孢杆菌生长的影响及对黑曲霉胞内的琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)和苹果酸脱氢酶(MDH)活性影响的研究。探讨鲤鱼鱼精蛋白的抑菌机理.试验结果表明鲤鱼鱼精蛋白对枯草芽孢杆菌具有较强的抑制作用。但对枯草芽孢杆菌细胞壁不产生破坏作用;对黑曲霉胞内的琥珀酸脱氢酶和苹果酸脱氢酶的活性具有明显的抑制作用. Protamine is a kind of natural basic protein with polypositive ion. In order to research the antibacterial mechanism of carp protamine, the effect of carp protamine on the growth of Bacillus subtilis and the activities of succinate dehydrogenase (SDH) and malata dehydrogenase (MDH) in the cells of Aspergillus niger was studied. The result shows that carp protamine can inhibit the growth of Bacillus subtilis without destroying the cellular wall and significantly inhibit the activities of succinate dehydrogenase and malata dehydrogenase.
