摘要
互联网有效地推动了言论自由和表达自由,但是,受多种因素常约,网上言论自由、表达自由仍是有限的。自由的话语空间的拓展除了网络技术的推动以外,还需要法律制度的跟进和必要的宽容。
The freedom of speech and expression has been promoted by Internet.Restrained by multiplex factors,the freedom of speech and expression is limited.Broadening the space of free discourse is not only based on networks technology, but needs the accordance of relevant system of law,and necessary tolerance.
