摘要
十六届三中全会提出了全新的科学发展观,其在发展理念上强调全面性,在发展态势上强调协调性,在发展战略上强调可持续性,在发展目标上强调以人为本。新发展观是对邓小平理论的继承和发展,是对传统发展观的一次重大创新,也是我国社会主义发展观的历史飞跃。
Scientific development concept, put forward at the third plenary session of the 16th Central Committee of CPC, is the succession and development to Deng Xiaoping Theory. It is features humanistic governance and comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development of the economy and society.
