摘要
党的十六届三中全会,总结和吸取国际与国内关于经济和社会发展的经验与教训,提出了全新的科学发展观,即坚持以人为本,树立全面、协调、可持续的发展观,促进经济社会和人的全面发展。这一全新的发展观强调经济社会和人的全面、协调和可持续发展,这是对传统发展观的一次重大创新,也是对我国社会主义发展观的历史飞跃。
Our Party summed up experiences and drew lessons from economy and social development of world and home at the Third plenary Session of the sixteenth Central Committee and put forward completely new scientific growth outlook which is persisting in taking person as the basis,setting up all-round and Coordinated growth outlook that can continue in order to promot all-round growth to economic society and person.The completely new growth outlook emphasizes on the important innovation of traditional growth outlook and on the historical leap for socialism of our state.
