摘要
碘盐现场定量检测到目前为止尚无通用方法,本文所述之试剂及应用方法其检测范围含盖了国家规定的碘盐中碘含量的范围,在现场进行快速定量检测,方法简单、检测快速(仅需几秒钟)、结果判定清晰准确、检测成本低。结果经与国家碘盐标准物质对照、精密度、准确度及与国标方法进行比对,经配对资料t检验证明无显著性差异。本方法完全可以与国标方法相互替代便用。
The iodine-radical's quantitative verifiable method in in site with high-speed.method until now,there was no current method of verifying quantitative iodine-radical in site.In the thesis,the accurate verifiable scope of the reagent and its qpplication contains the scope of iodine content in dodine-radical which the nation regulates.To verify quantitatively in site with high-speed,we'll have simple method,quick verification(just few seconds).At the same time,its result is judged clearly accurate and the cost of verifying is rather low.result contrast to the national standard substance of iodine-radical,and contrast its precision、accuracy to international standard laboratory verification.According to the matching data't'verification proves that there is no remarkable difference.conclusion:the method can mutually replace the method of the international standard laboratory verification.
