摘要
本文以中国制度建设中存在的两个问题为中心,从权力集中、国家能力、历史文化因素、"社会"的维度以及合法性机制五个方面考察了影响中国国家制度建设的因素。
The article focuses on two issues concerning the institution- building in China and reviews the literature on this topic from five perspec- tives:the concentration of power,the state capacity,social and cultural fac- tors,society as actor and legitimization mechanism.
