大豆7S伴大豆球蛋白和11S球蛋白亚基分析 被引量:4

摘要 将大豆7S伴大豆球蛋白和11S球蛋白经粗提后用A-PAGE进行纯化,目的是为了简化分离步骤,提高蛋白纯度,并对其亚基进行SDS-PAGE分析。结果表明,提纯后的两种蛋白纯度均达到99%,在SDS-PAGE图谱中7S伴大豆球蛋白由三个亚基组成,其分子量分别为77 740 Da,72 123 Da和56 242 Da;11S球蛋白也由三个亚基组成,其分子量分别为40 459 Da,35 787 Da和17 505 Da。 In this paper, β-conglycinin globulins and 11S globulin were purified by A-PAGE and analyzed by SDSPAGE technology, which aim is to simplify separation step and improve the purity of protein. The result shows that its purity achieved 99 %, and β-conglycinin globulins was composed of three subunits with molecular weight 77 740, 72 123 and 56 242 Da, respectively and 11S globulin was composed of three subunits with molecular weight 40 459, 35 787 and 17 505 Da, respectively.
