摘要 通过对莽草酸的静态吸附和静态洗脱实验,对4种离子交换树脂进行了筛选,并对筛选出的树脂进行了吸附动力学和热力学研究。结果表明,D380的吸附效果最佳,吸附过程符合Langmuir吸附等温式;表观活化能Ea为35.466 J/mol;表观速率常数随温度的升高而增大。用一定体积比的NaOH-NaCl混合溶液可将D380上的莽草酸解吸。 Four ion exchange resins were screened by batch static adsorption experiments of shikimic acid and static elution experiments of adsorbed shikimic acid.Adsorption dynamics and thermodynamics of the selected resin were also investigated.The results showed that ion exchange resin D380 presented good adsorption ability,and the equilibrium data of adsorption were well fitted to the Langmuir isotherm.The apparent activation energy was Ea=35.466 J/mol,the apparent rate constant increases along with the augment of the temperature.Shikimic acid adsorbed on ion exchange resin D380 could be eluted with NaOH-NaCl solution prepared at certain volume ratio.
