摘要
为观察闽产巴戟天、养心草、龙须藤85%乙醇提取物对体外ADP诱导的SD大鼠血小板聚集的影响,采用大鼠血小板加中药孵育,比浊法测定血小板聚集率。结果:巴戟天、养心草、龙须藤均具有抗血小板聚集作用,其中巴戟天、养心草、龙须藤的85%乙醇提取物在体外具有抗血小板聚集作用,巴戟天、养心草优于阿司匹林;龙须藤与阿司匹林相当。
To observe the effects of the 85% ethanol extracts of Fujian Radix Morindae officinalis, Sedumk.f, Bauhinia championii （Benth.） Benth. on platelet aggregation of SD rat induced by ADP in vitro. The rat platelet aggregation rates were observed by turbidimetry after the rat platelets were incubated with Fujian Radix Morindae officinalis, Sedumk.f, Bauhinia championii （Benth.） Benth respectively, Aspirin as the control. The results showed that three Fujian native herbs had the effect of antiplatelet aggregation, which were superior or equal to Aspirin.
