摘要
针对电阻炉温控制系统中存在大惯性、纯滞后、结构参数易变及数学模型不精确等问题,提出一种改进型九点控制器电阻炉温控制方法。为了降低多参数整定过程的复杂度和提高系统稳态性能,融合九点控制器兼有逻辑控制和非线性控制,不直接依赖被控对象的模型以及控制规则简单等优势,将九个参数优选为五个参数的整定,并在误差零带引入积分作用以消除静差。通过对系统的稳态性能和动态性能的仿真应用表明,改进的九点控制器参数整定易于实现,能够消除系统的稳态误差。
The temperature control system of the electric resistance furnace has much problems such as big inertia,hysteresis,mutable structure parameters and imprecise mathematical model.An improved nine-point controller According to the temperature characteristic is put forword.In order to reduce the complexity of the setting parameters and increase eliminate steady state error and improve the steady state characteristics of the system,the advantage of nine-point controller is applied,five parameters of them are selected by optimizing and adds the integral effect into zero-error-belt.The simulation of the system static and dynamic characteristics show that the improved nine-point controller can eliminate steady state error and its method is actualized easily.
