摘要
阐述世界各国不同的船舶油污赔偿机制,探讨在中国建立有效油污赔偿机制的问题,重点讨论了包含船舶强制责任保险和船舶油污赔偿基金的船舶油污赔偿制度,给出一些建立和完善船舶油污赔偿制度的建议。
This paper analyzed the different modes of internation- al mechanisms of compensation for oil pollution damage from ships,and discussed the problem of setting up a mechanism of compensation for oil pollution damage from ships which include compulsory insurance system and fund system of oil pollution damage from ships in China.Further more,the author gives some advices on constituting the oil pollution compensation sys- tem more perfectly.
