摘要
教师为儿童创设良好的合作交往环境,利用角色扮演游戏、移情训练、组建合作学习小组、强化成功体验的方式培养儿童的共同目标认知,增强儿童的移情能力,提高儿童的冲突应对能力,最终可以促进儿童合作能力的发展。
Teachers should create favorable environment for children's cooperation and interaction,make use of some methods such as role playing,empathy training,forming cooperative learning group,strengthening taste of succeed,in order to foster their cognition to joint goals,boost up their empathic ability,advance their conflict solution ability,which can finally promote the development of children's cooperative ability.
