摘要
在全球化背景下,我国正面临外语教学转型期,即基础外语教学的重点将由高校转到中学,中学培养基本外语能力,高校结合专业进行提高。为了与时俱进,大学公共外语教学应该将大学生的听、说能力放在首位,应视外语为一种工具,这是顺天应人、造福社会、惠顾学生的正确策略。
Under the global background Chinese foreign language teaching is at a transitional stage,that is,basic English teaching is held in middle school while vocational English should undergo in college.In order to keep pace with the time,college English teaching is supposed to emphasize listening and speaking prior to reading and writing,which,regarding English as a tool instead of quality,will no doubt benefit the society as well as college students.
