摘要
目的研究影响患者选择医院的各因素间相互作用的大小,从而选择性干预患者就医,改善医院管理。方法采用分层随机抽样的方法,面对面的访谈式问卷调查,运用SPSS 12.0软件分析影响患者选择医院各因素间的关系。结果 95.0%的患者认为诊疗质量很重要;就医环境与服务态度、规模设备与专家名医、专科医院与延伸服务3组因素间存在明显相关关系。结论提高医院医疗技术水平仍然是医院发展的第一要务;在患者看来,提高医院的就医环境可在感观上改善医院的服务态度,规模设备和专家名医对患者市场的影响是起等同作用的;医院可以借发展优势方向来弥补不足,以扩大其市场影响力。
Objectives To research the interactions between the influences factors on selecting hospital for selective intervening of patient choice of hospital and improving hospital administration.Methods With the method of random sampling,the interview questionnaire was done,and the SPSS 12.0 software was used to analysis the relationship of the influence factors of the patient choice of hospital.Results 95.0% of the patients agree that the quality of medical technology was very important,there were significant interactions between the medical environment and service attitude,and between the scale equipment and specialist doctors.Conclusions Hospitals should firstly dedicate in improving medical technology level.As that for patients,improving medical environment is to raise the service attitude,scale equipment is equally important to the specialist doctors.Hospitals should progress efficient services for raising the social reputation and enlarge the market.
