Low-Temperature Preparation of Ag-TiO_2 Composite Films and Their Properties

摘要 采用溶胶-凝胶工艺制备掺银锐钛矿型TiO2溶胶,通过浸渍提拉法在载玻片表面涂膜,并在较低温度下进行热处理(250℃),获得Ag-TiO2复合薄膜。考察热处理温度、掺银量等影响因素,研究复合薄膜的光学性能、光催化性能和抗菌性能,并利用X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)、扫描电镜(SEM)、紫外可见光谱(UV-Vis)等分析测试手段进行表征。结果表明:随热处理温度的升高,TiO2的结晶度提高,并在500℃逐渐由锐钛矿型向金红石型转变,复合薄膜表面的TiO2颗粒形貌由不规则形状依次转变为球形、方形等规则形状,当热处理温度为250℃时,复合薄膜具有较好的光催化活性;随着掺银量的提高,复合膜的光催化活性先增大后减小,当银含量为3at%~5at%时,复合薄膜具有较好的光催化活性及抗菌性能。 Ag-doped anatase TiO2 sol was prepared by sol-gel technology, and its thin films were obtained by a dip-coating method on the glass slide via 250 oC heat treatment. The influence of different heat treatment temperatures and amount of Ag on the optical, photocatalytic and antibacterial properties was investigated, and the samples were characterized by XRD, TEM, SEM and UV-Vis. The results show that the crystallinity of TiO2 is improved with the increase of the heat treatment temperature, and the anatase converted to rutile at 500 oC. The shape of TiO2 particle on the film is changed from irregular to sphericity and to squareness in turn, and the composite films get a great photocatalytic activity when they are treated at 250 oC. In addition, the photocatalytic activity of Ag-TiO2 films increases at first and then decreases with increasing of Ag amount, and the comprehensive properties reach the best when the amount of Ag is 3at%~5at%.
