摘要
有机无机复合材料因具有优良的物理化学性质引起许多人的关注。采用钛酸丁酯,二苯基二甲氧基硅烷以及 KH560通过溶胶凝胶技术制备一种透明的高折射率有机无机复合材料。复合材料折射率可通过调节钛酸丁酯含量进行调节。采用红外光谱,扫描电镜,紫外可见分光光度计以及同步热分析仪进行表征。
Organic-inorganic hybrid materials have attracted considerable attention in recent years due to their novel physical and chemical properties. In this paper, an organic-inorganic hybrid material with high refractive index and high transparence was studied. The hybrid material was prepared by sol-gel synthesis of titanium butoxide and alkoxysilanes including diphenyldimethoxysilane (DPS) and γ-Glycidoxypropy1 trimethoxysilane (KH560). And the crack-free films were fabricated by spin coating. The refractive index can be tuned by adjusting the content of titanium dioxide. The chemical bond between the organic-inorganic phase and the structure were characterized by different techniques including IR, SEM, UV-vis and TG/DSC measurements.
