摘要
采用Q600型同步热分析仪研究了氰酸酯的热固化过程,确定了固化工艺参数,根据Kissinger及Ozawa方程分别计算出固化活化能,并通过红外光谱法得到不同固化阶段氰酸酯的转化率。结果表明,氰酸酯可以在同步热分析仪炉内固化,固化工艺条件为:229℃/2 h+269℃/4 h+313℃/2 h,固化活化能分别为76.31 kJ/mol和81.70 kJ/mol,CE单体转化率为97.43%,固化过程中失重为8.5%。利用同步热分析研究氰酸酯固化过程是可行的。
The thermal curing process of cyanate ester was studied by Q600 simultaneous thermal analyzer and the curing process parameters were determined.The curing activation energies were calculated according to Kissinger and Ozawa equation and the conversion of CE at different curing stages was obtained by FT-IR.The results showed that CE could be cured in the furnace of simultaneous thermal analyzer and the curing process were as followed: 229℃/2h+269℃/4h+313℃/2h.The curing activation energies were 76.31 kJ/mol和81.70 kJ/mol,respectively and the conversion of CE was 97.43%.The weight loss during CE curing was 8.5%.Using simultaneous thermal analysis to study the curing process of cyanate ester was feasible.
