ICP-AES法测定炉渣中铌

Determine Content of Niobium in Slags with Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometry

摘要 采用ICP-AES测定炉渣中铌。对影响测定的各种因素进行了较为详细的研究,确定了仪器的最佳工作参数,考察了共存元素的干扰情况,选择了合适的分析谱线。铌的质量浓度在0~20.0μg/mL范围内有良好的线性关系,相关系数均在0.999以上。测定范围:铌0.01%~5.00%。相对标准偏差(n=11)小于5%。 The determination of Nb in slags with ICP-AES has been tested.The factors influencing determination are studied,and the optimal working parameters of apparatuses have been determined.Moreover,the interferences of coexistence elements are examined,and proper analyzing spectrum line is selected.Finally,it is found that there is a good linear relationship when the mass concentration of Niobium is 0 ~ 20.0 μg/mL,and the correlation coefficients are all more than 0.999.The measured range is 0.01%~ 5.00% of Nb,and the relative standard deviation(n=11) is less than 5%.
