摘要
文章研究了厌氧发酵条件下Fe2+对生物制氢能力的影响。实验中针对改变Fe2+浓度对厌氧发酵产氢能力,pH值,葡萄糖降解效率,液相末端发酵产物VFA的影响进行研究。温度(35±1)℃,以葡萄糖为底物进行厌氧生物制氢实验。结果表明Fe2+800mg/L时,比产氢率最高,积累产氢量最大。
This paper studies the impact of biotechnology hydrogen production capacity of the Fe2+ on the condition of anaerobic fermentation.In the experiment changing Fe2+ concentration can research hydrogen production capacity of anaerobic fermentation,pH,glucose degradation efficiency,fermentation production of liquidoid end(VFA).Temperature(35±1)℃.To make experiment of anaerobic biotechnology hydrogen production by using the bottom of glucose.As a result when Fe2+ 800mg/L the rate of hydrogen production capacity is the highest,Accumulation of hydrogen reach the top.
