高效液相色谱串联质谱法同时测定大黄鱼肝和鲟鱼肝中的脂溶性维生素 被引量：11

摘要 建立了一种同时测定6种脂溶性维生素的高效液相色谱-串联质谱(HPLC-MS/MS)测定方法。样品经皂化后,用正己烷提取,旋转蒸发浓缩,采用LC-MS/MS选择反应监测(SRM)正离子模式测定,可同时对大黄鱼肝和鲟鱼肝中的脂溶性维生素进行定性和定量。6种脂溶性维生素在0.2~2μg/mL呈现良好的线性关系,相对标准偏差为8.1%~13.6%,方法的平均回收率范围为72.6%~118.3%。
