摘要
采用超声波焊接方法制备碳纳米管增强铝基复合材料,并对其表面形貌及力学性能进行分析和测试,研究了试样表面处理状态、焊接时间以及焊接压力等工艺参数对复合材料剥离力和硬度的影响.结果表明:碳纳米管能够较好地嵌入于基体材料中,并且与基体界面结合良好;碳纳米管对铝基复合材料具有较好的增强效果,可以提高复合材料的力学性能.
Aluminum matrix composites reinforced by carbon nanotubes were fabricated by ultrasonic welding.The mechanical properties were tested and its surface morphology was analyzed.The variation of the peeling loads and hardness of composites under the state of aluminum surface treatment,welding time and welding pressure were studied.Experimental results indicate that CNTs are well embedded in the aluminum matrix and there exists a good interface bonding.It is concluded that the CNTs can strengthen aluminum matrix composites perfectly and improve the mechanical properties of the composites.
