摘要
为研制大功率中频逆变直流点焊机,对逆变器主功率电路进行了计算分析,并对逆变器的结构设计进行优化.采用层叠直流母线结构和变压器次级整流一体化结构,使回路分布电感下降至一般平行式母线的1/10,并提高了逆变器效率.试验证明,该设计可行.
Design and calculations were made on the main power circuit of an inverter for the development of a MF DC resistance spot welder.The structure of the inverter was optimized based on experiments.By adopting structures of laminated DC busbar and integrated transformer secondary rectification,the circuit stray inductance was reduced to one tenth of a normal parallel busbar structure,and the inverter efficiency was increased.The test results show that this design is feasible.
