摘要
试验研究不同水平的硒对种公牛精液品质的影响。试验选取9头种公牛,随机分成3组,分别饲喂不同硒水平的日粮,硒的添加水平为0.2、0.6、1.0mg/kg,结果表明:不同硒水平对种公牛的精子活率、畸形率和顶体完整率影响显著(P〈0.05),精液的采精量和精子密度差异不显著。综合上述结果,种公牛饲粮硒的添加量以0.6mg/kg较为适当。
The effects of different levels of selenium on semen quality in bulls were studied, nine breeding bulls assigned randomly three groups, This experiment involved 3 dietary treatments, three levels of selenium which is 0.2mg/kg,0.6mg/kg, 1.0mg/kg. The results show that： the effect of different levels of selenium in the bull sperm motility, percentage of abnormalities and acrosomal integrity of sperm is significantly （P 〈0.05）,semen ejaculate volume and sperm concentration is not significant. All of the variety of physiological and biochemical parameters analysed in each gruup indicated that the optimal supplementation of selenium is 0.6mg/kg in this experiment..
