摘要
以保护蔬菜原有天然营养成分,保持蔬菜膳食纤维形态为基础,试验分析适宜蔬菜纸型化生产的制浆设备、匀质成浆、产业化等因素,改进完善蔬菜纸型化制浆技术,为今后蔬菜纸型化生产的标准参数提供参考。
Industrial production pulping technology of vegetable paper were improved and optimized on the protection natural nutrition ingredient of vegetables and maintenance vegetables meals textile fiber shape. Several aspects of the method, such as pulping equipment, good pulp, industrial production were researched. The standard parameter of production vegetables paper is provided for the future.
