摘要
与传统的机械传动车辆相比,电传动装甲车辆具有许多的优点,是现代装甲车辆的发展趋势之一。针对传统稳态动力学模型不能准确反映车辆在实际复杂工况下的动态性能这一问题,利用多体动力学分析软件RecurDyn建立了履带式装甲车辆动力学模型,分析了道路的建模原理,建立了道路模型,对履带车辆进行了动力学和运动学分析,最后在不同条件下进行了仿真,得到了预期的结果。这证明了动力学模型的准确性和可行性,为电传动履带式装甲车辆的研究提供了一种行之有效的方法。可以预测车辆的性能,缩短研制周期,降低研究成本。
Compared with conventional mechanical drive vehicle, electric drive armored vehicle has more advantages. In view of the problem that the conventional steady dynamic model can' t reflect the dynamic performance exactly under complicated conditions, a dynamic model of tracked armored vehicle was constructed with the analysis software of multi - body dynamics RecurDyn. The modeling principle of road was analyzed and road models were built , then the dynamic and kinematic analyses of tracked vehicle were made. Finally, the simulation was carried out under different conditions and the anticipative result was obtained. It proves that the dynamic model is correct and feasible.
