英国和德国危险场所用电气设备的接地实践

摘要 在欧洲共同体范围内,由欧洲电工委员会(CENELEC)制订的《防爆电气设备技术标准》已明显被接受。现行的关于爆炸性环境的指令也已由批准的认证机构之一认可的电气设备具有较高程度的可接受性。最新的爆炸性环境用电气设备的指令将产生更进一步的状态变化。阐述了尽管现行的指令仅仅涉及设备,但是设备设计和安装实践之间不可避免地存在有相互作用关系。特别是电气设备必须具有接地防护措施,而且如果消除故障和过载的方法是已知的,那么唯一可进行的是设备的安全性评定。介绍了英国的接地和接线技术在某些方面与德国的接地和接线技术存在有明显的不同(抵触)。并通过对两种技术方法的讨论,试图说明它们之间没有特别意义的区别,任何一种技术都将产生一个可接受的安全结果。 Within the European Community there has been a remarkble acceptance of standards for explosion protection techniques for apparatus written by CENELEC.The existing flammable atmospheres directive has led to a high level of acceptance of equipment certified to these standards by one of the approved certifying authorities.The more receht directive on equipment for flammable atmospheres will lend to further change in attitudes Although the current directives only relate to apparatus inevitably there is an interaction between apparatus design and installation practice.In particular provision for bonding apparatus has to be provided and the assessment of the safety of equipment can only be carried out if the method of clearing faults and overloads is known.There are a number of areas of apparent conflict between the techniques for earthing and bonding used in the United Kingdom and those used in Germany.This paper discusses the two approaches and attempts to demonstrate that there are no significant differences,and that either technique produces an acceptably safe result.
