Lightning Protection of Power Dispatch and Communication Station

摘要 介绍了微电子器件耐雷水平 ,新型防雷器件 TVS管和固态放电管的特性 ,过电压保护器的四级保护 。 This paper introduces the method of lightning protection of power dispatch and communication station, anti-surge level of microelectronic devices, the features of TVS diode and solid state discharge triode, four grade protection of overvoltage protector, grounding and shield methods. The practical effect of above measures is presented.
