摘要
目的观察分析显微CT骨标本扫描的伪影强度及对周边正常骨组织的影响程度,寻求消减、控制伪影及骨组织有效测试方法。方法选取皮质骨、牙体及不同种类、不同弹性模量的内置钉骨标本为扫描对象,以不同放置条件、不同扫描协议、不同校正选项扫描,观察、测试重建后的伪影程度。结果高密度物质产生的伪影对骨组织形态、密度分析影响较大。选择适当标本放置、360度加强型扫描协议及伪影消减对伪影均具有一定的消减与控制作用,采用校样同扫校正,能够达到周边骨组织的有效分析测试。结论显微CT对含高密度物质标本的扫描分析,应尽可能地消减、控制伪影,重新校正周边骨组织密度后,才能达到骨组织的有效分析测试。
Objective To observe and analyze the bony artifacts in micro-CT scanning and their impact on normal bone tissue, and to find an effective method to reduce and control the bony artifacts and properly measurement of bone tissues. Methods Cortical bone, tooth and internal nails of different kinds and elastic modulus were scanned under diverse setting conditions, scanning protocols and modifying selections. The artifacts were observed and evaluated after reconstruction. Results The influences of artifacts of specimen with high density were much higher on the exhibition of bony appearance and density analysis. The artifacts were decreased and controlled by the improvement of setting conditions and 360° strengthen scanning protocol. Effective test could be realized by co-scanning correction. Conclusion The artifact should be reduced as much as possible when a specimen with high density is scanned by micro-CT. In order to obtain effective analysis results, bony tissue density should be re-corrected.
