摘要
绩效反馈作为绩效管理的重要环节之一,在医院整个管理流程中的作用日益彰显。以上海市胸科医院的绩效反馈机制为例,运用问卷调查方法进行统计分析,评析了当前该院绩效反馈存在的问题,并提出了针对性的完善策略。
As one of the important parts of performance management, the significance of performance feedback has become increasingly important in hospital management. By conducting an staff questionnaire performance feedback in our hospital, we analyzed the current stains and deficiencies of performance feedback in our hospital. We further provided some strategies for the improvement of performance feedback.
