摘要
数字化变电站是变电站的信息采集、传输、处理输出过程全部数字化,理想的数字化变电站应基于IEC61850协议构建,采用光学或电学电子式互感器、智能化一次设备、网络化二次设备,实现站控层、间隔层、过程层之间完全网络化信息交换。论述了不同模式的数字化变电站的特点及系统结构,给出了系统逻辑图。结合某电站的工程实践详细叙述了基于点对点技术的数字化变电站实施方案(设计原则、设备配置、过程层通信等),重点研究了数字化变电站的2个关键问题:采样数据同步和通用面向对象的变电站事件GOOSE(Ge-neric Object Oriented Substation Event)机制。并指出数字化变电站及工程实践要考虑过程层网络方案、故障录波的实现及计量系统等问题。
The concept of digital substation based on IEC61850 protocol is introduced,which adopts optical or electronic transformers, intelligent primary equipment and network secondary equipment, implements the digital process of data collection, transmission, processing and output, and realizes the information exchange on network among the process level, bay level and substation level. The features and system structures of different digital substation types are discussed with the system logic diagrams. With an engineering practice,the implementation scheme of digital substation based on peer-to-peer technology is explained, including design principle, equipment configuration, process level data communication and etc.. Focus is on two key techniques:the synchronization of sampling data and the general object-oriented substation event mechanism. It is pointed out that, the network plan of process level, the implementation of fault recorder, the measuring system of electric meters and so on must be considered in the engineering practice.
