ATP结合转运蛋白G超家族成员2在急性白血病中的表达及意义

Analysis of ABCG2 expression and its significance in acute leukemia

摘要 目的:通过检测ATP结合转运蛋白G超家族成员2(ABCG2)在急性白血病中的表达,探讨其在急性白血病的发病机制中可能的作用。方法:采集我院急性白血病患者72例和非恶性血液病患者的骨髓液10例,用逆转录聚合酶连反应法测定ABCG2基因在急性白血病中的表达情况。结果:ABCG2在急性白血病中的表达明显升高,明显高于对照组,2者之间的表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。复发组高于初治组,2者之间的表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),初治组各组别之间表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:ABCG2可能参与了急性白血病的耐药机制。 Objective:To study the role of ABCG2 expression in patients with acute leukemia. Methods:Marrow fluids were obtained from 72 patients with acute leukemia and 10 patients with non-malignant hematological diseases, and expression of ABCG2 was detected using RT-PCR. Results:The level of ABCG 2 in acute leukemia patients was significantly higher than that in patients with non-malignant hematological diseases( P 〈0.05), meanwhile the level of ABCG2 in recurrent patients was higher than that in patients received initial treatment( P〈0.05). Conclusion: ABCG2 maybe participate in the drug-resistance mechanism of acute leukemia.
