摘要
本文报导一种简便实效的以大麦的愈伤组织小细胞团做为受体，进行ＰＥＧ＋电击法的双重强化转化新途径，并对如何提高转化效率进行了探索。
In this paper, the authors introduce a new convenient and efficient gene transfer system, which utilizes partially digested barley cells as receptor and a combination of PEG introducing with electroporation They also make exploration on how to improve transformation rate
