摘要
目的建立本芴醇的含量测定方法。方法采用反相高效液相-紫外检测法,流动相为甲醇∶水∶冰醋酸∶二乙胺(体积比94.5∶4∶1∶0.5),流速0.8ml/min,检测波长335nm。结果本芴醇在2.0-200μg/ml范围内线性关系良好,以峰面积对本芴醇浓度进行线性回归,方程为A=43088C+49741,r=0.9998;日内、日间精密度RSD均小于2%;平均回收率在98%-102%之间。结论该高效液相色谱法实验操作简单方便,准确度、精密度及重现性等均符合药典要求,可为各种制剂中本芴醇的质量控制提供依据。
Objective To establish a method for determining the content of benflumetol in its preparations by HPLC with UV detection. Methods HPLC method was used with methanol-water-glacial acetic acid-diethylamine(94.5∶4∶1∶0.5,V/V/V/V)as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 0.8 ml/min.UV detection wave length was set at 335 nm. Results Benflumetol showed a good linearity in the range of 2.0-200 μg/ml.The lower limit of quantification was 2.0 μg/ml.The intra-day and inter-day RSDs were less than 2%.Mean recovery was 98.0%-102.0%. Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and precise,and could meet the requirement of quality control of benflumetol in its preparation.
