摘要
现用的低发射率红外涂料仅限于低温(200℃左右),为此,以磷酸盐和氧化铅为主,制得了在3~5μm波段具有较低发射率的耐高温涂料。通过IR-2型发射率测量仪器测试了涂层的发射率,采用XRD和IR表征了涂层的结构和红外吸收光谱,并对涂层的耐热性能进行了测试。结果表明:经过高温固化后形成的涂层,其常温3~5μm波段发射率为0.51,8~14μm波段发射率加0.83,耐热温度达750℃;高温固化过程中涂料的脱水缩合和晶型转变,导致了紧密结构的形成及红外吸收率的降低。
Heat resistant coating with low infrared emissivity in a wavelength range of 3~5 μm was prepared by using phosphate and lead oxide as the adhesive and paint, respectively. The emissivity of the coating in a wave-length range of 3~ 5μm was measured using an IR -2 type emis-sivity meter. Its structure and infrared absorption behavior were investigated by means of X-ray diffraction and infrared spectrome-try. Moreover, the heat resistant behavior of the coating was also evaluated. Results indicate that the coating obtained after solidifi-cation at high - temperature had an emissivity of 0. 51 in a wave band of 3~5 μm, and it is endurable up to an elevated tempera-ture of 750 ℃, The tight structure and decreased infrared absor-bance of the coating were attributed to condensation reaction and crystal phase change in solidification process at elevated tempera-ture, which could mainly account for the varied emissivity.
